Built within the building envelope, an indoor pool requires careful coordination across structure, waterproofing, drainage and ventilation - elements that must be resolved alongside the pool design, not separately from it.

At Fine Art Pools, we work alongside architects and builders from early in the process to ensure the pool and the building fabric are designed and constructed together.

We manage the pool scope in-house and work closely with the building team to ensure nothing falls through the gap between trades.
For new builds, we engage from the design phase. For existing homes, we assess the structural feasibility during an initial site visit.
