The beginning. We’ll meet you onsite to discuss the essential elements of your project, from your lifestyle and budget to the pool design you envision. We’ll measure the size and shape of your site and provide a detailed quote so you know what to expect.
Now we start your pool design. With the details gathered in the consultation, we develop the initial sketches. We also cover the landscape layout plan, colour suggestions, material palette, and elevations. These aspects combined represent your dream pool becoming a reality.
Once you’re satisfied with the initial pool design, we move to high-quality 3D renderings. We also make a 3D virtual model of your pool for you to explore. Along with this, we provide a master construction plan so that you fully envision how your pool will look. This step is where you can adjust your pool design if needed.
When you’ve settled on the essential details, it’s time for us to document them. Everything from the engineering documentation to the relevant permits. This step ensures the transition from pool design to pool build is seamless and without delay. The next step is building your dream pool.

In Victoria, there is no minimum requirement for space around a pool. You must consider the space around your pool for safety and accessibility. Ideally, you want at least 100cm between your pool and outdoor furniture.
There are many pool styles, from rectangle to freeform to kidney-shaped. The beauty of working with Fine Art Pools is that we can create a unique pool style that speaks to you.
It depends on what swimming you plan to do. For leisure swimming, any shape is fine. For lap swimming, a rectangular pool is best. It also depends on who will be using the pool. Our designers can help advise you on this.
